I don't understand why anyone is surprised the Fed is raising rates. Rates aren't even close to being high enough to begin to address inflation. People keep expecting a pivot. It's not coming anytime soon.

It's always interesting hearing people thst won't be impacted by inflation, unemployment and high interest rates for multiple years talk about the right thing to do...its easy to sit on a soap box with a it won't hurt me attitude. The government wants to fix 15 years in 2 years basically by the presidential sounds like focusing on legacy not what's best for America
