First words out of his mouth, “believe it or not “ . NOT.

David Barton is not a historian. He is a joke, and so is Rick Joyner.

You’re doing good work by posting/exposing this shit. I am a former evangelical. We need to vote them out now.

And yet the Constitution does not contain the word "god" nor is there even an implicit reference to any deity.

These people are so desperate to prove that the Founders were all some kind of devout, evangelical Christians. That's actually far from the truth.

Ask Barton to show you his references. It would be funny to see how you react when he is unable to provide them for you to study.

The very first amendment completely contradicts the very first commandment. Start over bud.

A strange claim considering the very first amendment directly contradicts the very first commandment.
Of course this all depends on which list of commandments you recognize.

"I've read The Federalist papers."

I don't believe you've read anything ever, Ricky.

Stoning gays and children.
Stoning people for sex outside of marriage. Treating women as property, killing pegans for witchcraft.

Not one word of that is close to true. The Federalist Papers reference historical governments: Ancient city-states, Renaissance era Italian republics, contemporary European states, colonial governments, and Indian societies. They also reference Montesquieu and Ancient political philosophers. The Anti-Federalist Papers also lack any biblical references. This man's a liar.

Jesus loves liars! Repentance? That's so last century.

I'm pretty sure Jesus never said "Thou shalt not violate the right to bear arms!"

I'm truly shocked at this revelation. I always believed Jesus H. Christ wrote the Holy American Construction and delivered it to Congress himself on his Golden Chariot.. How wrong I was..Hallelujah..

Isn't morningstar a name for the devil? When you look at it from the angle that these people are following the "bad guy" of their mythology things make a lot more sense.
