Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion at KION India! 🌈✨
June is our ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ month, and we’re having a blast! To launch the program, we had an amazing Diversity Parade wearing Traditional Attire joined by everyone at KION India Factory 2.0. As a multicultural organization, we love to highlight our diverse and inclusive culture proudly.
Our Diversity Parade started at the main gate and made its way to our foundation stone, with employees proudly carrying placards showing KION’s commitment to diversity. It was fantastic to see everyone from factory workers to directors joining in, proving that diversity is our strength.
The highlight was definitely the ramp walk in traditional attire. Seeing everyone in their cultural outfits, sharing the message "KION is diverse because of me" in their own languages, was truly special. The laughter, the acting, and the overall vibe made the event super fun and it perfectly captured the spirit of the day: KION is diverse.
