King Solomon sums it up best when he says that the things that we accomplish in this life is like chasing after the wind. And this from a man who seemingly had it all. He came to terms with the fact that no matter what a man has accomplished, he loses it all in death. And Solomon ends his life by saying that the whole obligation of man was to fear the true God and keep his commandments. Each of us has a dream deferred. We can never accomplish and enjoy fully our success. Because we all die. But the Apostle Paul put us on the right track by telling us to get a firm hold onto the REAL LIFE. The life that Jehovah purposed for us when he created man. A life that does not end. A life in Paradise on earth. A life where one does not grow old. A life where even our ancestors remain young and still with us. A life where we can experience and benefit from the great minds and talents of everyone. This is the message that Jehovah's Witnesses bring to you when they come to your door. Not a fantasy, unrealistic life where you float away to heaven and sit on clouds playing harps. But a life that Jesus taught us to pray for when he said, "Let your Will be done on earth, as it is done in heaven." Nothing and no one can changed God's Will. And His Will when he created man was for man to live forever in Paradise on earth. Amen!
