The Ultimate Cryptid Tier List

This is a little different but I decided it might be fun to rank some of the top cryptids on a tier list. Unlike most videos of this style I made it in my format so I hope you enjoy it.

My father has been an employee for O’Hare airport (Illinois) for decades and about 4 years ago he told me the story of the employee who was off to do maintenance work by a hangar off to the side of the strip and saw what he thought was a man 6 foot man wearing a brown and black velvet patterned coat standing in the corner of the hanger when he confronted said individual it turned to him and his description of the face is that this thing was fully enveloped in the same solid black and brown shimmering texture with piercing red eyes screamed at him inhumanly and displayed a set of large wings from the arms this is where said employee proceeded to run away tell numerous people and later put up flyers depicting the creature and the account all over the airport at which my father was informed and the told me. There was another account of the same thing by a security guard in one of the parking lots, a empty lot behind a jewel osco in a rural area and numerous eyewitness accounts (one by an officer) in the Chicago land area. If you don’t know which cryptid I’m explaining it is the mothman if you individually follow this cryptid then you should know that the rumors surrounding the mothman being in the Illinois area I believe to be true it’s been investigated or at least exposed on multiple platforms even on
Buzzfeed’s Unsolved they’ve eluded to these sightings. In conclusion I agree in your placement of Mothman

My boy Dogman was cheated out of that S lol. But I think I can understand the reasoning for it. Never commented before though I've followed this channel maybe for a year or so now, so I guess better late than never.

In my eyes at this point, Kraken was proven to be true with the Colossal and Giant Squid being discovered so the sightings of that creature were these species probably. But there could be a third larger species out there probably, but Kraken is a proven cryptid in my eyes.

Anything with enough lore/sightings around the world in my opinion has a higher chance of being real as while sightings and lore can be false, the chances of all that being false is more improbable. In my opinion, anything can be possible in our weird world and universe. Heck some of the extinct species from Earth if they were alive today would be classified as cryptids given how strange they are so it doesn't rule out the chance of weird things existing.

Also Chupacabra is definitely real or at least something is given nobody has given a good explanation of those farm animals getting their blood sucked out of a known animal and those mange mutts probably had nothing to do with it.

The lions of tsavo could be seen as an aspect of skinwalker type magic, wrought by a curse of the cunning folk, who had stood against the British. S tier, but i completely agree with your assessment of mothman

Crypt-dos (I just made that word on the spot) to you for another awe inspiring video!!! Naturally Bigfoot and Nessie are S rank cryptids due to the fact that a) they're legendary and b) their discovery/sightings are what started cryptozoology in the first place. Mothman was also a "no brainer" due to the fact that a) it is also legendary and b) the movie The Mothman Prophecies was created back in 2002 starring Richard Gere (one of my favorite movies of that time). On another topic, when will you create a video on your thoughts and options about Skinwalker Ranch, like the one seen on Bedtime Stories YouTube channel couple of years ago. That video was what sparked my interest in that channel while your channel sparked my interest in cryptozoology in general.

I am super glad to hear that Ben distinguished the very big difference between the REAL Chupacabra, and these blue dogs that some how people also dubbed Chupacabras..🙄 Lol these two creatures are absolutely nothing alike, and the blue dogs, while definitely strange, deserve their own name.

I too am boggled to the link between Dog Men and Skinwalkers. They are seperated by hundreds (if not thousands) of miles, and TWO very different groupings of nations of Native American people.

11:55 I personally think it's a mixture of governments not wanting to cause panic (big cats where they shouldn't be, especially England) and being caught with their pants down. And, some scientists may just simply not want to go back to the drawing board and do the work of what these things are, how they got where they are, etc...

Thanks for categorizing all those monsters. I loved the map showing where Sasquatch have been seen, and didn't know how many and how widespread the sightings are. Have you ever heard of Lon Strickler? He writes a cryptid column on rumormill news. It would probably be worth a lunch.
