I really like how you tied Sprint Goals to the Scrum values.

There are companies who push features before anything else and this is where a sprint goal could help by reordering some PBIs and reflect current quality.
For example if the devs want to kill some bugs, or they insist to a have a tech debt in their sprint backlog in order to achieve the sprint goal then it's easier to find related PBIs. This could make (almost) everyone happy.

Hello, I have a question for you : we are using story points for user story estimation, should we estimate all pbi in story points? (user story, technical tasks, spikes, bugs, retrospective actions, improvements, meetings, impediments, ...)

Love the clarity this has provided - helped remove those hurdles of defining a Sprint Goal - thanks guys!

Product Manager here...this is hilarious because I had this conversation with one of my scrum teams yesterday. They wanted me to prioritise the sprint backlog items. I said the priority items are those that help achieve the sprint goal. Anything else is a bonus 🥺

With the three questions taken out of Daily Scrum, what do we do now to have a meaningful daily meeting and check sprint progress?

Great stuff, would love your guys thoughts on what the very first few things a Scrum Master should do when spinning up a new team. I know you still need to get an increment of working product out, but what other activities are vital to the first sprint? Create Definition of Done? Working agreement? Review "what scrum is" with the team? Would love to hear your thoughts, thanks.

This episode is really enlightening. Watched it 4 times.
It really takes a lot of pressure off because I thought that everything we pulled into the sprint was within the commitment.
I feel relieved. Thanx

My scrum team is responsible for two completely different types of technology solutions (Salesforce and DotNet based custom applications).
We struggle to find a sprint goal that the whole team can commit to working towards because part of the dev team is working on Salesforce user stories and the other part on DotNet based user stories.
How should I approach defining the sprint goal?

How much reporting is required in Agile? I have seen scrum masters creating pages and pages of ppts for reporting.

How does a scrum master guide the developers to be more flexible with the customers' change requests ?

Interesting point of view. The team commits to a sprint goal and not to a sprint backlog. Question- my team does a lot of DevOps work, how do, as a ScrumMaster encourage the team on adopting best DevOps practices?
