2016 VOLKSWAGEN POLO EXTERIOR

The exterior design of the new Polo will receive only minor updates. The new vehicle takes the look of the VW Tiguan. As said earlier it will be based on the MQB platform and its structure will be constructed with steel and aluminum.

The vehicle is likely to have a longer wheelbase, a steeply raked windscreen and a flatter roof. According to rumors, the vehicle will be availed in two cabin styles one with 2 doors and the other with 4 doors. The front fascia will have a modified bumper and a redesigned grille. The headlights design of the current model will be carried over; however, the headlight housings will be mounted higher and will utilize LED technology.

At the back, the Polo will get a redesigned bumper featuring a wider cutout for the license plate. Its taillights will also be updated and will feature diverse graphics. Depending on the trim level, the hatchback will ride on either 15, 16 or 17-inch alloy wheels.
