In Carmel-by-the-sea, in California, it was 53 degrees this morning at 7:00 am, but no media is reporting it. Moss Landing was about 55 degrees. No one mentions it. If it ain't hot and miserable, it's not news worth reporting. Misery is a wonderful thing to share with the public.

So does it means it is legal for us to rescue people or pets by break a can window or any sense sort of situation? I do remember a video that someone saw the situation that a dog were inside a car in hot weather, and break the car window to rescue the dog, and also the police came and arrest the owner of the car ( Also pet owner).
