Delhi air 'very poor', may turn 'severe' on Diwali
Показать описание
Delhi air continued to be in the very poor zone on Friday and is expected to slip into the severe category again on Saturday/Sunday when people are likely to burst crackers in violation of a ban. Slow winds carrying stubble burning smoke are likely to add to the Delhi's weekend woes as air quality will dip further. AQI of 344, which is very poor, was recorded in the Capital on Friday morning, which again remained hazy. The Capital’s AQI was ‘severe’ for six days, starting November 6. The city got minor relief on Wednesday and Thursday, when the AQI was in very poor category.
