It’s a pie pumpkin you need to remove the skin and bake it then you can make pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread or anything else that calls for pumpkin. I’m not sure exactly when we started weighing pumpkins in liters but I personally think pounds work much better 😂

Nobody eats any pumpkins. Canned pumpkin is a lot easier ...and it isn't pumpkin. It's other kinds of squash that are softer and easier to process.
