How to Block No Caller ID Calls on an iPhone

While unwanted phone calls are annoying enough, callers that hide their numbers don’t even give you a number to block. Here’s how you can block them anyway.

Blocking unknown callers (with numbers displayed) is totally different from blocking calls from "No Caller ID"!!!

This only blocks calls that are not in your contacts, so it’s not correct at all it’s actually misleading. Also blocking no caller ID can be done with some Googling but remember that hospitals and things like that always call from no caller ID, so anyone with hospital contacts should keep this in mind and inform the hospital to contact you another way as they won’t be able to leave a voicemail.

Anyone curious, I think there is a way to block no caller ID for real. So, if you tap the info button on the right and it takes you to the log with calls that came in from it, tap no caller ID and hold it. It will say copy, then paste it in keypad a number will pop up. Then save that number and block it. Hopefully it will work, I’ve just tried it and haven’t had any no caller ID calls come in yet so far.

Ahh thx you so much my girlfriend’s ex somehow remembered her number after 7 years and started blowing up her phone and harassing her this. Video helped a lot now he’s gone.

On older iphones there was an an option to block privatel calls, not it comes with blocking unlnwon numberrs
