LAMP Literacy Tutor Recognition & Awards Ceremony 2014

The City of Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library celebrates 30 years of literacy services at their annual award event. Features guests speakers, the annual tutor of the year award and recognition of the many volunteer tutors and instructors that make up the LAMP program.
