Hi! It seems like I’ve been commenting on your videos a lot recently but I had a question regarding dentistry. Can you get into a dentistry uni course through an a level dental nursing apprenticeship?

I’ve never heard of it as a way to get into dentistry which is probably for a reason but it seems silly to me since I think you’d be a lot better off having worked in a practice for a few years than someone who has only done chemistry and a week of experience.

I’d be worried as well that if I were to go and do a dental nursing apprenticeship that I wouldn’t have the qualifications to go onto a dentistry course at a later date since I wouldn’t have chemistry and biology at A level
