NATO is not a democratic institution, it's a military based organization. Pushing of a democratic country like Ukraine for its membership is the main reason of aggression since Ukraine was a part of USSR. Involvement of USA in European affairs also lead the aggression. Russia also lead for dialogue and diplomatic solution as a responsible nation instead of involvement in War Crimes.
