I'd sacrifice slightly better graphics for X1's controller every time.

If I was going to buy a new console only for the best graphics, I would just upgraded my pc.
But I rather happy as of now with it. And the games that attract me the most is on xbox. Forza, Halo, Project Spark, titanfall and Ryse. ( I love rome )
As of the Kinect, I actully like it. I bet my gf really will enjoy the speech commands.
Games I want to play from Playstation must be uncharted, and last of us. Those are the only games. Mabye a few more? not sure

And I like the user interface better on x1.

I never have a problem connecting to servers but the games does crash every once in a while.

There are massive connection issues on every platform. Kinda sucks. I actually was able to get into matches easy up until today :/

I'm a pc gamer, I play BF4 maxed out at 1440p 60fps, I tried both PS4 and X1 versions. The PS4 has better anti aliasing, however, the X1 has more detailed textures and more effects on screen. The Person talking on the video made it look like the PS4 version looked better, when it's a matter of preference.

Xbox one GPU cores: 768 (10% GPU performance reserved for kinect features) 709 cores allotted for gaming. 

PS4 GPU cores: 1152 

Xbox one ram: DDR3 8b
PS4 Ram: GDDR5 8gb

suffice to say, expect every multiplat to look and run better on the PS4. It is objectively the superior console hardware wise, by nearly having a 50% performance increase over the Xbone.

Digital Foundry says otherwise, Gamespot. I suggest you playing the game w/o your Sony colored glasses next time.

I have both XO, PS$ versions, and PC versions. If you have PC, graphics are gorgeous. Otherwise, both console versions are practically similar. Choose based on what console your friends are playing on. Most of my friends are XLive people, so the XO version is my platform of choice.

Conquest is only fun when you play with a squad of friends. Rush, obliteration is where it's at though.

Well, these few differences are just small gripes and I do plan on buying both next-gen consoles - with the PS4 being the first. Definitely will be picking up Battlefield 4 as well.

It crashes on every platform. But its about the game, not platforms.
Frame-rate is the MOST IMPORTANT element for multiplayer.
You had to test and mention about it, gamespot.

The only problem I have is that my cuts in and out during multiplayer

All I am hearing these days is 1080 this 1080 that the resolution does not determined the grafics its the polygons and textures the g card can produce resolution just makes the image sharper more defined

I wish they would throw some screens up to prove these more detailed textures that talk about.

i play it on PC and servers going down EVERYDAY..
So many crashes..
