Ingredients:
• 372 g flour
• 100 ml water
• 100 ml milk
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• 1.5 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 packet instant yeast (11 g)
• For the top: Milk
Instructions:
• Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Let the dough rest for 1 hour to rise.
• If you want to color the dough, after the first rise, punch it down and divide it into two pieces. Add food coloring to one piece and knead it well until fully mixed.
• Now, you have two colored doughs. Roll them out and layer them on top of each other as shown in the video. Then, fold and roll them out again with a rolling pin.
• Place the shaped dough into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and let it rise for another hour.
• Brush the top with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) until golden brown.
