Thanks for this. Took a bunch of goes to find someone that would explain without using words like 'distal'. Us normal folk generally do not know what distal means. Other videos described the bones. I can't see inside my own arm, so they didn't help either. Your video was short and, as they say, sweet.

My wrist fibula got fractured 10 years back...I didn't go to the doctor. Now there's no pain but whenever I turn my forearm it makes a sound like "tuk tuk"...I feel it isn't attached to my arm. Can I do anything about it, or should I be worried that when I get old it'll make me miserable ...need help

my Ulna is not rotating its stuck in half after fracture, I think ulna and radius are stuck together
