Im using foams and no matter how I try it’s never 100% aligned. If they overlap a tad it creases a big indentation. Where ever it doesn’t touch this a band of swelling which massage doesn’t make it go away. It’s terrible because you can’t really adjust it to your body because it’s a rectangle and not big enough to cut it so it fits properly. There is always a new piece that will be needed. I have folds, indentations and creases from it. I’m almost giving up on this

But nobody is speaking about the Lipo foms that creates lines on a freshly done liposuction usually you have to wear one front back and on the side and there’s no way you can align them properly so they don’t leave lines. can you speak about that little bit and how to avoid that?

the foam only covers the middle of your abdomen. it doesn't even cover the sides. I absolutely hate the foam!
