The women in the comments are surprising me in the worst way. This should never be a political issue, it’s a personal one. The idea of forcing women to have children when it is one of the most dangerous things a woman can put her body through is sick and should be illegal. Forcing women to give birth to babies who are stillborn or who they know cannot survive outside of the womb is cruel. Forcing women who are pregnant from traumatic circumstances, or who have no ability to care for the child (and will not be provided with any support from the same government that forced them into this situation) is sadistic. The current bans or a potential national ban will do nothing but result in the death of more women and babies, and that is a fact that has been proven since these bans have gone into effect. The idea that our country would prevent doctors from providing the best care to their patients is literally against their honor code and it should not be something that anyone who believes in healthcare and human rights should be celebrating. I am happy that your pregnancies have been safe and healthy so far; it would be tragic for something to happen that the rights you have so enthusiastically agreed to steal from your fellow women would have protected you from.

A little misinformation here, no state has banded birth control, and no state is seriously considering banning birth control. Some states allow doctors to refuse to prescribe bc, very very different. States that banned abortion did so with overwhelming voter support. It’s how democracy works

Our government is so corrupted. I’m republican and it makes me so sad what they are trying to do. I had a MMC, and had to take miso pills two times for RPOC, and I know that this happens, and quite often for women. Without using it, it causes infection, and can turn septic if not removed. This scares me from women and our future. Would this effect women as well

This sounds like misinformation... What states and where is the info to back it up? I support a woman's right to choose and have access to birth control... I genuinely havent heard this, and the mention of political parties leads me to believe this is a biased post.
