Cohen was paid 375, 000 as a yearly salary. The checks were for 35, 000 each. Which means they were a check for monthly salary.
If that’s allegedly reimbursed that adds up to 385, 000 in payments for all 11 checks.
They rounded up to 35, 000 to cover any expenses that may have occurred over a month.
What makes more sense?
It’s his monthly salary that adds up to what he testified as his yearly salary?
Or he was paid 385, 000 on reimbursements?
Well if they were reimbursements then where is his salary?? He said Trump came to him and offered him a job. He said you will have an office in this specific building on this specific floor. I will pay you 375, 000 annually.
The accountant testified that each check of 35, 000 was Cohen’s monthly salary. Cohen was a contractor not a W-2 employee. How else would you record the payment? It’s legal
Expenses. You can’t technically say it’s a salary cause he wasn’t an actual employee. He was a contractor hired to provide legal services to Trump, Trumps employees and family. This is a fabricated story that doesn’t make sense. The math ain’t mathin!!
You can’t say the money was to cover both his salary and reimbursement. So you have to pick one or the other.
Cohen has been on a revenge tour since he was not given a job in Washington DC during Trumps presidency.
On Thursday he was proven to be an absolute liar!! With concrete evidence! In addition to 6 other times his story doesn’t add up.

I like to believe two lawyers (even liberal ones) will follow the rule of law and call for a mistrial. As for Trump's past life -- who doesn't have something in his past?
