Probably the biggest plot twist was that Megu-nee wasn’t alive (for the most part.) She was my favorite character and I literally felt like I got punched in the gut when I realized that.

The two scenes that creeped me out the most with the song is when 1) The scene revealed that Yuki talk to herself in the deserted classroom and 2) when zombie Megu-nee appeared.

I just want to also say, respect to the artist who created this masterpiece, it fits the story so well and is at the same time, quite horrific not being able to see any other faced than Yuki’s.

When I watched the first episode, I wasn’t really creeped out but rather sad at the fact that Yuki definitely dealing with something during an apocalypse.

I’m not here to say that this is better than all other zombie movies, animes, shows, etc, but it really is different from most, where the characters stick to a routine that seems so normal and happy, as though the world isn’t crumbling around them.

Add the fact that a lot of stuff we saw was mostly in Yuki’s head. I really love this show so far for letting us see through a delusional young girl’s point of view and witness bits and pieces of the trauma and current situations that is going on around her.
