How to subscribe or switch to the new Nest Aware

After I click on nest aware on my app ... it didn’t show the plan option for me to buy ?? It only show even video history..familiar face.. package deactivate.. activity zone .. sound and emergency call ...😩 please help

After selection Nest Aware, there is no option to subscribe :(

I've just returned an indoor and an outdoor Nest IQ cameras after some back and forth with Nest technical service. My reasons, aside from the new subscription service:

1. I can't program them to work along with other devices like Legrand lights away/home scenes using IFTTT or anything else.
2. The cameras doesn't work with Google Assistant in Spanish (can't say activate/deactivate x cam or show me x cam)
3. Because of the above, you can't control them using Google Home routines either.
4. Geofencing does requires me and my partner to be several kms away and can't change that radius at all.

All of the above issues mentioned above make the cameras pretty much worthless for me... I can't rely on geofencing and the only option left I have is to manually activate/deactivate them everytime I go out/return home. One would thing that going all things Google will make things easier. In my experience, it doesn't seem that way.

This didn’t help, on iPhone when you go to nest aware it just tells you about it instead of asking to start a subscription

Bad plans for those with $5/month plan and 1-2 cameras, that need continuous recording and want to add 1 more camera. It has to be at least 4 cameras, to start saving with the new "better" $12/month plan. Won't upgrade, untill a middle plan is added with 5 days of continuous recording.

I want to upgrade to the new Nest Aware subscription. Already have the 1st gen. Only see the option to "Upgrade to Nest Aware Plus". There is no conversion to new generation. HELP!

All you guys need now is a nest flood light with built in camera. I have all nest products but had to buy the ring floodlight camera for my backyard. Once Google develops a nest floodlight cam I'll toss the ring

Does your shit not work with apple devices? This should be simple to set up, but when you click on the nest aware button, there isn’t an option to sign up. Do you want more business, or a digital apartied between your crappy android phones and apple? Fix your stuff!
