ClimbFlow Strong & Flexy Legs Dynamic Yoga + Functional Fitness | 10 mins Workout section + 10 mins Stretch section.

You can do both sections together as one video, or split up to combine with other workouts - such as the CORE FLOW! - leaving the stretch for end of your training. Try out this workout and stretch 2-3 times a week to notice the benefits!
It’s undeniable how strong we need to be in our upper body for climbing but we can get so much more from our climbing practice if we develop our leg strength, power and mobility as well. The more we engage with our lower half, the more efficient our climbing can become. Don't forget to work with an engaged core and use a continuous and regular breathing rhythm!
Listen to your body, and try modifications for lower intensity where needed.
