Do not force the public to collectively spend millions to instal RFID to benefit the pockets of a few. We already have other options and options are a good thing. What's the point of anti monopoly laws if the government just keeps creating/allowing monopolies of essentials and sure money business/projects?

The truth is, the RFID Lane sensors sucks very much... It happened so that couldn't detact promptly & needed drivers to Gostan & forward then jammed up the entire lane. 🤣
U tryin to cover up ur shitty sensors systems kah?!

There should be an option to use the tng card manually if there's problem. Rather than jamming everyone.

Hope our public transport will improve so more of us don't have to face this kind of issue anymore.

Dont just blame user, though there r some idiot never check the balance before entering n exiting the toll, but the sensor of the RFID really sucks, some respond v slow, even i drive very very slow when passing thru. Just improve n dont just give excuses when received complaint. Dont know what the CEO r doing.

RFID lanes not all the same. Some slower than others. The Sunway one is damn slow and yesterday it was offline without an announcement.

At least, put an announcement on the app la. Not difficult to do. It Air Selangor can do it, why TnG cannot do the same? Had people know the RFID lane is offline, they can prepare themselves for other lanes.

While RFID is convenient, it is not efficient. With only 1 lane, the queues are rather high. The previous system is very efficient where u can exit with SmartTAG and exit with TnG depending on the queues. RFID cannot do the same and can cause long queues. Kinda defeats the purpose in the first place.

TnG on the other hand very arrogant. Rather than figure out how to integrate both old and systems together, they blame the users instead. That is not the way to run a business.

I thought if eWallet balance isn’t sufficient then it gets deducted from tng card but it did not!!! I still had to reload my eWallet

What ever system installed, is the public who suffers. Money, money, money is collected, good money not enough government will top-up. The best business. Apologies don't cost money, but the car owners.
