Seriosly, over all these years I was never able to see even one drummer who was near the talent of Roger. He was also kind of s time keeper for the band keeping his eye out on the others & their timing. Roger was a musical genius at the live concerts, Freddie was always looking at Rog when he wanted to keep going with a song. I'm sure you've all noticed that. One man in one of the many books i have read about Queen (12) said he saw Roger play drums at 10 yrs old and KNEW he would be famous one day. Freddie and Brian both relied on him to switch if Freddie wanted to do something other than rehearsed. And he's such a sweet man even with all his money. Just straight forward about life. And I adore him for buying thaat other giant statue of Freddie for his yard. They were surely brothers.
