I wouldn't consider this as shawarma but just fried rice + ulam + salad... that's all. I've been a shawarma fanatic for overea decade and had eaten various shawarmas in the Middle East (Saudi, Oman, Dubai & Qatar). The video is but a misleading claim to associate shawarma with rice et al. No offense.
