Guy I was in Vegas 5 days ago as well and visited your restaurant at the Linq. You definitely were not there based on the demeanor of the staff. Some very hardworking and some could use some inspiration. Now I like to think of myself as being very good when it comes to bbq on my pellet grill as well as grill or conventional cooking. But I as someone who loves cooking and according to anyone I have ever served food( I’m a carpenter not a chef although some have said I chosen the wrong career path) I’m going to tell you that the simple food we ordered at your place was phenomenal. I had a pulled pork and the lady had a Rueben. Both were the best we have ever had. Even the deep fried sides were amazing. The bloody mary was an experience and top notch as well. This also coming from a guy who makes and cans homemade smoked Bloody Mary mix with vegetables from my garden. My question is how you make the sides. It almost tastes like you deep fried the potatoe fry blend in 80/20 in veg oil and bacon grease. Whether you answer or not, you have got a good chef out there. And me must have just missed you we were there from the 15-20th

Can you imagine how much better that Crepe would be if he cooked it on both sides?

Maybe we could trade some secrets. For personal use on my end of course. And I could share my smoked Bloody Mary mix recipe. I promise it does not disappoint. Fresh garden vegetables and smoke are an unbelievable combination.

All of these listed (in the video description) are still active and in business. However, Ive gone to Fat Choy multiple times and at one point it was sold to someone else and I dont believe from what people have said it has the same pow for flavor as was given here. It's still a decent eats, but its a lil expensive for the portions and the slightly downgraded quality.
I have not had opportunities to try the others yet but all in time :)

Welp, another restaurant I can’t go to. That Jamaican place, the food would cause me an allergic reaction. Being deathly allergic to Tamarinds sucks.
