The wood with that shade of green is my favorite color combination. Love all the gorgeous windows and the kitchen is so perfect. Really beautiful house!

I think the layout, storage space, and wonderful two story windows would make this an ideal three-season vacation/second home. I would be very happy spending down time in this space, inviting friends and family to visit. I just need to bring the board games!

Indeed, one of if not THE coolest little house I've ever seen! LOVE the landscaping (I know, this takes absolutely PILES of time!) and the interior decorating (can take even MORE time!), but it makes the design come alive!

A very large fan suspended from the ceiling level with the second floor would be a huge help in keeping an even temperature during the summer and winter. Also great for keeping the air moving and fresh. Did this in my 2 story house in Georgia? It made such a difference.

I built that model for myself six year ago, over a basement which houses the laundry and storage and the mechanicals. And with an attached screened porch on the kitchen side. It's not 23' square. It's 24.

Love the kitchen, small but well designed. Love the green color. Loved the tiles you used, especially on the staircase.

The second level is perfection. The kitchen is perfect but the front entrance door should be a solid door with maybe a small amount of glass. If you enjoy being viewed by anyone and everyone as you are enjoying your living space I suppose this is great…..maybe in a warm climate this would work but windows in the winter are a heat loss………of course I would replace two of the windows downstairs with bookcases or art work displayed……..other than that the design is beautiful.

Beautiful. Needs a vanity in bathroom. Not enough storage in bedrooms

I’m sorry but this one didn’t work for me. The upstairs is fine but generally there are bedrooms on either side with bathroom in the middle. The living room, well personally I think too many and too big windows and the washing machine in the living room? That would cause endless annoyances unless they’ve invented a silent w/d

I don't like the location of the laundry area. Don't like green kitchen cabinets. Not too excited about downstairs bathroom tiles. Upstairs bathroom window needs to be mirrored on outside so noone in the woods can see you showering. 😐
