U.S. vows 'strong response' in event of fifth N. Korean nuclear test

The United States has warned North Korea that it will respond "strongly" if the regime decides to conduct another nuclear test.
Speaking to reporters following talks in Tokyo on Monday,... U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Washington would consider "a number of possibilities", but added it would be "premature" to be specific.
The official's comments come a matter of days after the Pyongyang's failure to launch what the U.S. believes was an intermediate-range ballistic missile.
Some experts think North Korea will conduct its fifth nuclear test before its party congress in early May.
The regime conducted its fourth nuclear test in early January.
