You had the perfect opportunity to put the belt on somebody new without Rhea losing to them and build them up. But you chose to put it on somebody who just lost the title match at WM two weeks ago and is already well established. Liv, Nia, Zoey would have been better choice, you could even try and rebuild Shayna to make up for ruining her few years ago.
