A MINI WORKSHOP on research funding opportunities

A HANDS-ON TRAINING course on the preparation of Horizon 2020 proposals

A high priority among the missions of the IMBB/FORTH InnovCrete project (FP7-Regpot) is the dissemination to the scientific community of Crete of clear, structured and concise information regarding the complex structure of national and European Union research funding opportunities. Through a series of seminars and training courses, InnovCrete will present highly technical information regarding EU policies, funding opportunities and programmes in a streamlined and simplified manner. To this end, two hands-on training courses are planned for 2014 and 2015 on Horizon2020 proposal/project development (comprehensive training guides through all procedures of project development from call identification to proposal submission, including budget), followed by a "simulation" of proposal evaluation.

The 2014 Horizon 2020 training course will be preceded by a mini-workshop on "Financial Instruments for Research Funding 2014-2020" on March 31st, 2014, 10:30-14:00 h at the STEP-C building, room 211 (1st floor, Building A).
