i don't believe that those encryption methods are used for anything important in the past 15 years.
Currently 256 bit encryption is standard; 128bit previously was standard for several years. Who would still use 64bit when it could be even encryption by normal computers?
And how long did it take for the quantum computer to crack the encryption? If it is not near realtime the easiest way to secure the encryption again is to change the keys regularly. Also, a lot of times not only one key is used at a time but several keys, in a private/public key encryption method.
