Red horsechestnut (Aesculus x carnea)

I found a few of these in the Uk same flowers and palmate leaves but the leaves are quite serrated edge. im wandering now if it actually is a red horse chesnut

I didn't think you would refer to those as conkers i thought that was a British thing. Did you ever play conkers when you were a kid? It was all we did in the Autumns of our youth, its a shame the kids now don't want to of the times i guess.
