I’m watching this because yesterday I went to Wal-Mart and got like five things, and a $3 sandwich from the deli, that apparently didn’t scan, but I could have sworn I heard the beep. The attendant came over and took my bag, and said she’d scan it at her register. She said it was because the register I was using was having problems, now knowing this is how the machines work, I’m gonna hold up every item to the camera before I scan it, and before I put it in the bag. No telling what the attendants see people trying to sneak out with during busy times, as I was the only one there right before closing, when this happened to me. Wal-Mart closes at 11 now because of COVID.
