As a new poll suggests that Reform have overtaken Labour for the first time, LBC's political correspondent Aggie Chambre joins Rachel Johnson to analyse Nigel Farage's position in politics.

With a number of Tory members defecting and a billionaire property tycoon set to give a "seven-figure" sum to Reform, will this put Nigel Farage in good stead for the next general election?

Maybe if you guys didn't keep on giving him and his party so much air time? You've barely covered the lib dems who are the THIRD largest party?

Judging by his interviews that doesn't involve GB news, absolutely not, he wouldn't be able to cope with criticism

We all know he's got a very thin skin. Narcs never did like criticism. What I can't work out is why you lot are gullible enough to give him constant coverage.

I can see why people like Farage, Brexit has worked out so well😂

Why if it isn't Alexander Boris de Pfeffel's sister opining on a subject she knows what it takes to create a disastrous prime minister

Farage is an agitator, who suits being on the outside, stirring up trouble. He’d be a horrible head of state.

It’s quite probable. They won five seats when they didn’t seem ready.

Now, they seem more efficient and competent and have the energy to lead. While the Tories seem like a hollowed out shell and tired. Like they (the Tories) seem like they have effectively given up and are just waiting for Reform to overtake them.

Comment section has nothing positive to say about Labour and just attacking Nigel.
Labour are a dud.

No. He's got a pretty unmoving base of support but it just isn't big enough and isn't growing, despite some of their claims.
The real question is, why do you keep promoting him? Do you actually support him or are you just after the controversy engagement?

Nigel gave the Tories every chance to do the right thing. He could have run against Boris but chose not to inorder for the Tories to be able to get in. And now, after breaking every promise, the Tories complain about him running.

Vote for Reform, we’ve had 14 years of Tories and Liebour are even worse.

It’s concerning to see the rise of Farage.

However it’s worth noting, in general elections, Reform/Brexit Party/UKIP have never really broken past 14% - despite a lot of noise and coverage, it feels unlikely they will do much better than this (unless a Con/Ref merger).
