Is Cobalt the Latest Conflict Mineral?

Many in the consumer and commercial world are aware of the status of conflict minerals known as 3-T-G, short for tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold. Recently, however, global regulators have turned their attention to another potentially problematic mineral: cobalt.
