This browser extension for Firefox is superb. What it does is is it shows you any price changes or description changes that have been made to the listing and the date on which they were made.

As any seasoned property investor will tell you one of the ways of finding a good bargain (a BMV - Below Market Value - Property) is to find motivated sellers (that is to say people who want to sell their property quickly).

Whilst being able to spot price reductions might not tell you everything you need to know about the state of mind of the vendor it is certainly a good first step to finding those motivated sellers.

HOW PROPERTY BEE WORKS

Property Bee works by aggregating data from the crowd. What that means is that when someone (with Property Bee installed) searches for property on Rightmove the results of that search are sent to Property Bee’s servers. This means that when the next person comes to view those same properties Property Bee already has a record from when the last person searched it and so on. The software is then able to tell if there have been any changes.
