French is my language, I'm black born, living in Paris and I saw the video with Ayesha crying and her people upset. I Hope the baby was not struck. Yes, we have our issues with the police. So, to give better context, what had happened was The President of France was about to pass through. So, police had blocked off the roads. Ayesha and Sonya had tried to cross to get to their car because their driver was waiting on them. Police told them to wait 5 to 10 minutes max, but Sonya was trying to force her way to get to the car, causing police to stop them, which led to all the commotion. If the baby was hit in the process, it’s wrong. When I was living in the USA, and I recall that it was the same when the US president was in an area: you wait until his vehicles are cleared.

Policemen denied access to secure the road for the French President who was passing, they told her to wait 5 to 10 minutes but she wanted to pass anyway...that's just what happened there

Apparently they just had to wait for 5-10 minutes before being able to cross and access their car. The reason for that is that the french president was gonna arrive and for safety reasons that area was closed.
