Hey guys, welcome to the channel I'm a full time Chartered Accountant as well as a part time Real Estate agent with a background in finance, investing, budgeting and of course, real estate.

Like the best of both worlds (Tfsa/rrsp)…with $40 000 I can now get a parking spot at a condo but not the condo😢

*so another question for you, so you max out $40k your FHSA over 5 years($8k/year), and you don't buy a house, 15 years later you will have to contribute all $40k to your RRSP in that year?, but you won't get a $40k worth of income tax break on your income tax that year right?, it will be a simple transfer from FHSA to RRSP with no income tax reductions that year*

Can you and your wife have separate FHSA and have a total of 80k to put down or do husband and wife have to share an account?
