When I clicked on this vid, I did not expect labels with Polish words. ^^ Very glad to see calm, interesting and well presented content from Polish creator. ❤

This was very helpful. I found that the honey+cinnamon+water mixture works really good to pull out semi-permanent hair dye and for me, it was even successful on permanent dye! I am impressed how well the hydrogen peroxide and chamomille tea worked. So cool !!

I love the results of the lemon juice and water. I have dark brown hair and when I was a teenager growing up in California, we would put lemon water in our hair before going to the beach. Unfortunately my hair turned brassy. But this is a good method for dark blondes.

It’s interesting that lemon juice was effective while apple cider vinegar was not, though they both have a pH of about 2. Thanks for the great video!

I love your hydrogen peroxide 3% with essential oils recipe! I tried it earlier tonight and it worked like a charm! It didnt reverse any of my hard work of strenthening my hair this last year! Vinegar is best for cleansing and strengthening. Yes i used my recipe right after lightening my hair. I want to share this with you and others because i know it really works!

Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup hot water. Shake up in a bottle til well mixed. Saturate you hair from scalp to ends and massage the scalp with fingertips very well.( Do not scratch scalp) Wrap hair in hot wet towel for about 30 mins....rinse! I usually dont shampoo afterwards because i do this at night.
Then->
I Shampoo and condition with shower routine the next morning before work.

This is amazing for your hair! If your hair is thinning, this method can reverse it! It kills a bacteria (that everyone has) while making the hair thicker and stronger..opens those closing hair pores. That bacteria thins hair and eventually is too weak to push thru the pore opening and the root evenually dies...causing baldness. If you or anyone you know is experiencing these hair issues, give this recipe a try! It worked wonders for me and my hubby! We treat our hair and scalp once a week. After a year, my hair is full of strength and now growing past my shoulders...that hasn't been possible for 15 yrs! Hubby has not lost anymore hair...it looks fuller...but the dead roots stay dead unfortunately.
I thought this might help someone else like it helped us!
Good hair wishes to all!

Loved these experiments. I lighten my hair with juice from a lemon while allowing my hair to dry in the sun. When it dries, I spray H2O on my hair and let the sun dry it. After 2 days of doing this while gardening, my hair has a wonderful sun-kissed look.

Chamomile worked for me, but it requires sun! Lemon and chamomile both help the natural lightening sunlight gives, but basically speed up the process. ^^ Also, this video was very sweet and peaceful to watch.

Thank you so much for this! You have answered that age old question “Can lemons lighten hair without the sun?” Now I know the answer is yes! Thanks again, this is the most helpful lightening video I’ve ever seen!!! 💖

my preferred method is honey. I mix honey with conditioner and a touch of salt, then leave on overnight. It lights my hair significantly and uniformly. If i want to have highlights as well, I add a bit of honey to the mix, but i prefer the uniform look

Can you make an experiment with the most effective lightening treatments plus sun explosure! That would be so cool. I love your video.

Such a thorough experiment. Also I like that you mentioned that hydrogen peroxide does not damage the hair and only 3% works just as well. I don't want to dye my hair and I have salt and peppe hair colour and don't like the contrast. Sparying it with 3% hydrogen peroxide is the best choice for me thanks to you.

What I know so far, but never tested, is that camomile tea works when hair is exposed to the sun. It's a very slow and gradual process. I used to mix a bit of peroxide (20 volumes) into a small part of conditioner or hair mascara applying it with the hand, kneading the hair from bottom to middle before sunbathing. Again, it's a slow and gradual process and demands more than a couple of times to feel the results. But it's a good method to lighten the hair safely and make it look more natural. The hair also gets very soflt and shiny with a gorgeous beach look.
