Σύμφωνα με δημοσίευμα της ελληνικής ειδησεογραφικής ιστοσελίδας Πρώτο Θέμα, σήμερα το πρωί, ο ηγέτης του ακροδεξιού κόμματος της Τουρκίας Ντεβλέτ Μπαχτσελί, πραγματοποίησε σκληρές δηλώσεις, με τις οποίες εξαπέλυσε επίθεση εναντίον της Ελλάδας αλλά και της Γαλλίας, τις οποίες και κατηγόρησε ότι προωθούν «κλιμάκωση της κρίσης», στην ανατολική Μεσόγειο.
