My family (2 other sisters) did the same thing but I only wanted 3 things. When I told them that I wanted my mother’s Bible, her diamond cross necklace that my father gave her and she wore every day until my father died and her gold bangle bracelet that I remember her wearing often when I was a child. They gave them to me and split the rest. I still feel like I got the best part of that deal.
