Y’all are forgetting he can unplug that iPad and carry it around with him. And probably not just a calendar when he’s not in the office.

At my job I have 3 monitors I need 6. One for emails. One for teams. One for locking and unlocking one for inventory. And one for scheduling locks and one to display the project report.

I'd do 1 monitor for IDE, 1 or 2 monitors for docs & research, 1 monitor for shell, 1 monitor for devops pipeline. IPad for emails.

Hey man, I dig this setup despite what I've read some have said!! I've been trying to utilize four monitors I have with a laptop. Your video clearly shows your monitors working but my question is what connections do I need? Is there a docking station somewhere in your setup?

2017 macbook with support for 4 external displays. Nowadays you need a 4k€ + MAX chip for that

100% only for show. i actually do programming and you dont even need all that. if anything having multiple items opened at the same time just distracts you from doing anything
