He simplified the duodenum to great extent and the diagram he draw is enough to understand it. However, he should have put the relations of other organs, vessels and nerves with each part of the duodenum.

Have you heard of compressions in the celiac trunk? I currently suffer with this but wonder why my nausea and pain are horrible in a flare? Thoughts?

I have a thickening of the wall of the duodenum as shown in scans and experiencing persistent Upper right quadrant pain. Many doctors later and still on public waiting list for exploratory endoscopy. Any help as to cause and relief would be greatly appreciated.
