I hope and pray the court will enjoy significant expansion. But the gears move so slowly that democracy could end first.

This ranks right up there with Citizen United's "Letting people give lots of money to politicians won't lead to corruption" in the annals of How Stupid Do You Think We Are?

Supreme court is not fine and neither is the Senate or politicians in most states, we need more back ground checks on this people.

The only way the SC can honestly say they are non-political is to remove Kavanaugh for lying to congress during his confirmation hearing. Any potential judge that lies should be immediately disqualified.

The Supreme Court should not be political and no party should be able to stack the judicial branch. There needs to be a check on power here.

Nothings going to change about the supreme court. Congress needs reform well before the supreme court does.

The court's legitimacy has already been broken with the rushed appointments and the denied opportunity experienced by Obama. I challenge this commission's objectivity.

No job should ever have the word "lifetime" in front of it.

If Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Comey Barrett, the two wildly unqualified justices, step down, there'd be no need for reform of the SCOTUS.

There should be term limits like the Presidency. SCOTUS, Congress and Senate all should be limited. Tired of old people beyond retirement age running the country. That crusty old geezer Grassely is almost 90. It's not an ageist thing, if I'm made to retire at 70, then so should lawmakers running this powerful country. However it will never happen, this conversation has been going on for decades.

Used to be a time when we had 3 different branches of Government. Today we have one branch of Government that wants to overthrow the other branch.
That is an insurrection.

Everything IS NOT " just fine" right now...unless you are members of the status quo.
