Carl Jackson has been a favourite of mine since the days of the "Glen Campbell Good-Time Hour." I've seen/heard him through the years - playing with Emmylou, and with other players - including "Trio" and Gen Campbell's daughter - as well as with his own various groups. This is the music I grew up on and learned to play myself from the age of 3 (in a remote logging camp on Canada's West Coast in the early '50s . . . I played mandolin, accordion and a real, stainless steel National Dobro). So it's such a total pleasure to hear Mr. Jackson play these wonderful songs that bring back so many memories from an almost idyllic past. Thank you. 💖🎵💖
