Loved this video, one of most comprehensive math/physics class I've had in years in only 6 minutes.

Your videos are worth their length in gold. I just run into the problem of not having enough time. Everytime i did something cool i find a new video of you and end up thinking "whoa this might come in really handy" and then put it somewhere in my queue of TODO browser tabs until i finished all the other stuff. The problem with that is that the queue tends to grow faster than i can work through it, which is a huge compliment for the amount of quality videos you make btw :D

These are great. Specially to someone like me who is studying Games Programming at university but isn't being taught a Maths module. Please keep up the good work.

perfect timing with this, im actually adding air dashing and knockback to the raycast 2d controller and being able to calculate what i want will be far better than just playing with values like i have been, keep it up man!

Excellent video, really really great explanation for each equation in the back half of video. This is my first time to learn these all equation things and I already feel confident to learn and watch the rest of the series, thank you.

If only my physics prof wouldnt rush so much i could understand things like this. The mathematics behind it is not complicated, i simply dont take the time to understand them when he rushes to the next topic and then i dont care enough later

Awesome content. This is what I've been looking for to determine a ball thrown into a receivers hands.

Very cool!
Any chance we'll get a video on Inverse Kinematics?
It would be awesome to put together a more flexible IK system to work with Unity's Mecanim, as opposed to their current Bipedal-only IK.

Interesting video, but I have a question regarding with drag. How do you modify this equations to consider a linear drag on a body?

I'm a simple man, I see a complex equation, I like the video

3:48 That's *very* wrong! There's a difference between "average velocity", and "average of velocities". When the acceleration is constant, they happen to be equal, but that's not the case for all kinds of motions. You can prove #1 using #2 & #3, your proof of #2 is fine but the proof for #3 has to change since it relies on #1. You can get #3 by taking the integral of #2. You can actually also prove #4 & #5 using #2 & #3.
