I am using carlinkit 5.0 2 air and it has several issues: 1. Heating issue, 2. It disconnecting and once disconnect need to restart car again. 3. Sound quality is not good, sound doesnt come continuation it comes with distortion like chuk chuk sound. 4 There is lot delay in Response after selecting any song, making call etc.
5. I tried if there is any upgrade available but it’s already up to date.

I hope they will resolve these basic issues.

I received the item yesterday, I tried with my Nippon T link car android system. Unable to connect it. Even I tried updating it, unable to do so. The Bluetooth connection disconnecting immediately after connecting.

I am facing issue with Carlinkit 5.0 where while using it with Honda civic the screen gets blur after 15-20mins and to fix it I have to unplug and plug it again. I am facing this issue for past 6months and contacted support team.
After following all there instructions the issue still persist.

Customer care team stopped responding now. Suggest what to do?
