Hey we just watched the monster energy supercross races and I knew some of the riders because of you. I was excited.
We both have 20s, and they are okay...not great. Yes it pairs super fast. What I like is when people call, they don't realize that I'm riding.
Yeah we would get that doggie ear with our first helmet with a cutout.

I went out and bought the cardo years ago and it was for music. I don’t ride with anyone to wear it. But now it doesn’t work so imma stick to just riding without it. I needed GPS down south I just connected my phone to my EarPods and it worked ok.

Interesting, I might one day be persuaded away from my Cardo, but at the moment it does everything I could ask it to!! :) I would like it to be a little louder for podcasts, that's be nice.
My biggest issue with Cardo/Sena is how they're bloody impossible to pair to one another.

We have found that If the intercom is enabled there is random crackling/popping that is extremely annoying to the point where we just turn the intercom off, only switching on if there is something vital to communicate and then immediately switching the intercom function off. Works fine with music or other functions, but NOT as an intercom between two riders.

It will do the crackling/popping at any speed - from piddling along to interstate speed so it's not wind-related. It is also totally random so doesn't seem to be caused by any sort of ignition interference. Very disappointing.

Re your GPS ramping up the noise - I have the same issue and there is no setting. You can defeat it if you have background music playing at the same time. If music is playing, the GPS instruction will interrupt at a steady volume at whatever level you have selected.
