There's nothing "inherently wrong" when we use filters in our photos or videos. I think the use of filters only becomes problematic when: 1). we use them to project an image that is far from reality 2). we use them to catfish 3). we've become so delusional and full of ourselves to the point of vanity.

The society that we're living in can be cruel and unforgiving to those of us who don't fit the superficial beauty standards. However, we should also learn how to appreciate the true and unadulterated version of ourselves without losing our identity in this fallen world. After all, the people who truly care and love us for who we are will look past our physical flaws and insecurities. I hope we all realize that we are fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and that the opinion of other people regarding our appearance shouldn't dictate how we feel and live.
